Communicating in High School- Communicating in High School is hard especially because it's a time where people are trying to understand themselves. They are trying to figure out what they want to do with their life. It's hard to talk to other people in school especially with all of the rivalry. You never know when you get on your friends bad side just because you were talking to the wrong person or wearing something that doesn't "look nice". You try to figure other people out but its hard because you're trying to do the same. Sometimes people don't understand you and its complicated so you just pretend to listen and go along with what they are saying.

I Agree. People are so busy trying to find themselves and specially seniors who are so busy planning their future that we don't really have time to communicate with others.
ReplyDeleteI agree that it can be hard to communicate with others when everyone is so busy. Many students go through it. You can always communicate with your councelers or teachers when their is something you need to talk about at school. Even a best friend will find a way to talk to you on any topic when every you feel the need to just talk. Friends you can count on always got your back.
ReplyDeleteJessica, I guess your post took me back to remembering what is what like for me when I know someone is evaluating me in what I say. I mean it was a different time in high school than it is now. I know now, people will be listening for understanding and less judging, but it was tough being judged as a teen. Fortunately, as I like to say "this too shall pass!" Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you Jessica. We seniors especially don't have time or have the time but don't take use of it and hardly listen to what others are saying.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you, sometimes its good to socialize but sometimes there is work to be done and there is no time to talk. Its also important to interact with people so you can get to meet new people.
